LETTER OF APPRECIATION OF THE DILLIGENCE AND INTEGRITY DISPLAYED BY THE HOME AFFAIRS OFFICIALS WORKING ON THE ZIMBABWE DISPENSATION PROJECT AT BELLVILLE HOME AFFAIRS OFFICE
We write this letter to express our sincere appreciation of the manner in which your Department’s officials working on the ZDP project at Bellville have been assisting Zimbabweans. During the past year when we were closely monitoring the implementation of the project, we have not witnessed any corrupt tendencies from the officials, neither have we received any such reports from the Zimbabweans who applied at that office. We appreciate that a corrupt free environment is achieved both through good oversight and through honest motivated staff. We have always hoped to see this level of integrity and probity within the Department, especially when officials deal with the vulnerable (immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers). This amounts to good administrative practice and should be applauded.
They have worked tirelessly through the holiday season and continued to treat their clients with respect.
Sadly we have received reports of other offices failing to achieve this level of performance and encourage the department to use this office (and its staff) as an example to other offices.
Therefore, please receive our compliments for the work well done by you and your officials at Bellville, we hope that this feedback will be well received.
Sincerely,
the PASSOP Staff.

Yes, although I am yet to collect my permit, DHA Belleville definitely get’s the thumbs up from me, from when I submitted my application through to the fingerprints process & susbsequent follow up visits, also not to forget PASSOP itself for a blessed job indeed, keep it up guys. Leviticus 19:34 “But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.”
Hi Phil,Thanks for dwinarg our attention to you problem.Unfortunately PASSOP is currently involved with ZDP permits. W do not ordinarily assist with permits that are applied for under Immigration Act eg relative permits, quota work permits, exceptional skills work permits etc. The best option for you to get accurate information on whether it is possible to cancel your appeal and submit a new application for either a work or relative permit, I am sure you should be able to get this kind of info from the Department of Home Affairs offices. The Department also has a duty to provide you with info regarding the requirements for applying for whichever permit/visa you would like to apply for. If you need further assistance please give us a call on 021 820 4663/4 or 084 026 9658. Good luck,ThanksPASSOP Team
